Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised that a roadway resurfacing project is set to resume on Route 11 in Snyder and Union counties and South Second Street in the City of Sunbury in Northumberland County.
On Monday, April 6, the contractor, New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co. and a sub-contractor will resume work on South Second Street with milling and resurfacing the existing roadway.
Drivers can expect single lane conditions while this work is being performed. Access to area businesses will be limited during short periods and controlled with flaggers. This phase of the work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and is expected to be completed in 1-2 weeks, weather permitting.
Drivers are urged to drive with caution in the area and should expect delays.
