Pipe Replacement Project Starts Next Week on Shores Hill Road/Barner Road in Bradford County

Montoursville, PA – A pipe replacement project is scheduled to begin next week on Shores Hill Road (Route 1035) in Wysox Township and Barner Road (Route 1035) in Sheshequin Township, Bradford County.

Starting on June 8, Shores Hill Road/Barner Road will be closed daily between Laning Creek Road (Route 1033) and James Street (Route 1041), while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew replaces deteriorated pipes.

A daily detour using Route 6 and James Street will be in place between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Work on this project is anticipated to be completed on June 12, weather permitting.

Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
