Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised that daily road closures will begin next week on Tubach Pond Road (Route 2009) in Wilmont Township, Bradford County, for a pipe replacement project.
Starting on Monday, June 15, Tubach Pond Road will be closed daily between Route 187 and Route 87, while a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew replaces deteriorated pipes. A detour using Wyalusing New Albany Road (Route 2010), Wilmont Road (Route 2007), and Route 187 will be in place between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
Work on this project is anticipated to be completed on Monday, June 22, weather permitting. Driver should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.
