Montoursville, PA – In an effort to improve our environment and clean up our local roadways, PennDOT maintenance crews in Lycoming County will pick up litter over the next two days along Interstate 180 between Fairfield Township and the Northumberland County line.
On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, and Wednesday, March 11, 2026, crews will be picking up litter along the interstate in both directions between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
There will be no impacts to traffic during litter cleanup activities. Drivers are reminded to slow down, drive with caution, be alert for stopped or slow-moving vehicles, and watch for workers near the roadway.
