    9:55 AM UPDATE: Route 405 is open in Lycoming County.

    Montoursville, PA – A vehicle crash has closed a portion of Route 405 between Lime Bluff Road (Route 2057) in Muncy Creek Township and Elm Drive (Route 2040) in Wolf Township, Lycoming County.

    A detour using Lime Bluff Road, East Lime Bluff Road (Route 2042), and Ellis Artley Road (Route 2040) and Elm Drive is in place.

    Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution.

    Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
