    9 AM Update (OPEN): Crash Closes Route 220 SB in Woodward Township and the City of Williamsport in Lycoming County

    9:00 AM Update: Route 220 southbound is now open in Lycoming County.

    Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised a vehicle crash has closed Route 220 southbound between Reach Road in Williamsport and Queneshukney Road (Route 3013) in Woodward Township, Lycoming County.

    A detour is in place using Queneshukney Road, Route 973, Route 15 to the Route 220/180 interchanges.

    Route 220 southbound is expected to be closed for several hours. Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution in the area.

    Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
