    3:15 PM Update: Route 15 SB is now open in Kelly Township, Union County.

    Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised a multi-vehicle crash has closed the Route 15 southbound lanes near the intersection with Loan Road in Kelly Township, Union County.

    A detour is in place using Hospital Drive (Route 1005), JPM Road (Route 1007) and William Penn Drive (Route 1018) . Drivers should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution in the area..

    Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
