10:10 AM UPDATE: One lane is open on Old Trail in Monroe Township, Snyder County. Drivers can expect single lane conditions with flagging between Stetler Avenue and Runyan Road through the afternoon.
Montoursville, PA – Drivers are advised that a portion of Old Trail (Route 1023) is closed between Runyon Road and Stettler Avenue in Monroe Township, Snyder County, due to a vehicle crash.
A detour using Routes 11/15 is in place. Drivers should be alert, slow down, and drive with caution.
