Montoursville, PA – Drivers who travel Interstate 80 in both directions in Turbot Township, Northumberland County are advised a bridge deck repair project is scheduled to take place next week.
Beginning Monday, June 1 through Wednesday, June 3, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will be working on the interstate bridges over Muddy Run at mile marker 213. The project will begin on the eastbound left (passing) lane.
Work will take place between the hours of 5:00 AM and 1:00 PM and is expected to be completed in three days, weather pending. Drivers can expect lane restrictions in the work zone and should drive with caution in the area.
