4:00 PM Update (OPEN) Route 61 Closed in Upper Augusta Township, Northumberland County Due to Crash

4:00 PM Update: Route 61 is now open in Upper Augusta Township, Northumberland County.

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised Route 61 is closed between Anthracite Road (Route 4007) and Black Mill Road (Route 4009) in Upper Augusta Township, Northumberland County due to a multi-vehicle crash.

Route 61 is expected to be closed for several hours. A detour using Anthracite Road and Black Mill Road is in place.  Motorists should drive with caution in the area.
