Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised a bridge replacement project continues on Route 14 in Trout Run, Lycoming County.
This afternoon, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, the Route 14 bridge will open to traffic, and the detour will be lifted.
Although the bridge over Trout Run will be open, the project is not yet complete. Motorists can expect single lane conditions during daylight hours as the contractor works to finish the project. Motorists are urged to drive with caution and to watch for changing traffic patterns.
Rylind Construction Company, Inc., is the prime contractor on this $3.3 million, bridge replacement and stream restoration project. Work on this project is anticipated to be completed in November 2025, weather permitting.
