8:30 AM Update (OPEN) Ramp to I-80 EB at Buckhorn Closed in Columbia County

8:30 AM  Update: The on-ramp to Interstate 80 eastbound at mile marker 232 (Buckhorn/Route 42 interchange) is now open.

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that the eastbound on-ramp to Interstate 80 at mile marker 232 (Buckhorn/Route 42 interchange) is closed in Columbia County, due to a fuel spill cleanup.

Motorists wishing to enter Interstate 80 eastbound in the area should use the Lightstreet/Route 487 interchange at mile marker 236.

The closure is expected to be in place for a few hours. Updates will follow.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
