Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that bridge carrying Potter Brook Road (Route 4001 / T-803) over Potter Brook is open to traffic in Clymer Township, Tioga County.
In August 2024, the bridge was damaged beyond repair as a result of flash flooding from the remnants of Hurricane Debby. Work on the bridge replacement project included removal of the damaged bridge, installation of a concrete box culvert, paving, guide rail installation, and line painting. Work began in the spring 2025 and was completed on September 19, 2025. Twin Tier Constructors, Inc. was the prime contractor for this $677,000 bridge replacement project.
