Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised a pipe replacement project continues on Route 220 in Ulster Township, Bradford County.
Between Tuesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 9, 2025, the contractor, L.C. Whitford, will be paving, line painting, and installing guide rail. Motorists can expect alternating lane restrictions between the hours of 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM, weather permitting.
L.C. Whitford is the prime contractor for this $904,222 pipe replacement project. Work on this project includes tree removal, sediment control, removal of the existing pipe, installation of a concrete box culvert, approach work, and line painting. Work is anticipated to be completed in the November 2025, weather permitting.
