Paving Project Begins Tomorrow on Old Route 15 in Union County

Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that a paving project will begin tomorrow on Old Route 15 (Route 1011) in White Deer and Kelly townships, Union County.

Starting on Friday, August 22, 2025, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) maintenance crew will begin paving Old Route 15 in both directions between Broad Street (Route 642) in West Milton, Kelly Township and White Deer Pike (Route 1010) in White Deer Township. Motorists can expect single lane conditions with flagging where work is being performed.  Work will be performed between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. This project is anticipated to be completed by Thursday, September 4, 2025, weather permitting.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution through the work zone.
