Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised of overnight lane restrictions next week on Main Street (Route 11), Lightstreet Road (Route 487), and East Street (Route 11 / Route 487) in the Town of Bloomsburg, Columbia County, for a gas main replacement.
Starting on Sunday, August 3, 2025, J.F. Kiely, the contractor will begin replacing the gas main at the intersection of East Main Street, East Street, Lightstreet Road, and East Second Street. Motorists can expect lane restrictions in each direction where work is being performed. Work will be performed between the hours of 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM, weather permitting.
Motorists should be alert, slow down, watch for lane changes and lane shifts, expect delays in travel, and drive with caution through the work zone. J.F. Kiely is a contractor for UGI on this gas main replacement project. Work on this project is anticipated to be completed on Friday, August 8.
