Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that there will be no work the week of Monday, October 13, 2025, on the drainage improvement project on Route 15 in Cogan House and Jackson townships, Lycoming County. This project is part of a Route 15 drainage improvement project that includes two locations on Route 15 in Lycoming County.
Mitchell Knorr Contracting, is the prime contractor for this $84,000 drainage improvement project on Route 15 northbound in Cogan House and Jackson townships, Lycoming County. Work on the project includes excavation, slope pipe removal, and rock placement to improve drainage. Work on this project is anticipated to be completed in November 2025, weather permitting.
