Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Route 414 is closed in both directions between Spencer Road (Route 2006) and Gleason Road (Route 2021) in Union Township, Tioga County, due to downed utilities.
A local Gleason Road, Back Road and Ogdensburg Road (Route 2017) is in place. Motorists should be alert, slow down, and expect delays in travel.
