1:50 PM UPDATE: Chestnut Street is open in Kulpmont Borough, Northumberland County.
Montoursville, PA – Motorists are advised that Chestnut Street (Route 61) is closed in both directions between 6th Street and 16th Street in Kulpmont Borough, Northumberland County, due to fire department activity.
A detour using local roads is in place. Motorists should be alert, avoid the area, and expect delays in travel.
