Route 30 Lane Restrictions Scheduled in Westmoreland County

Uniontown, PA— The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing single-lane restrictions on Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) between Basil Drive and Blackberry Road in Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County beginning Tuesday, May 12, weather permitting.

The restrictions will be in place while crews install a CAVC (Continuous Automatic Vehicle Classification) System.

Drivers can expect:

  • Single-lane restrictions
  • Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Work expected to continue through late May

The work is being completed by Tresco Paving Corporation as part of a $11.3 million infrastructure improvement project.

Drivers should exercise caution while traveling through work zones and remain alert for workers. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
