Uniontown, PA—Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing the closure of a portion of Route 2003 (Patterson Run Road) between Kirby Road and Pitcock Run Road in Whitley Township, Greene County, beginning Monday, March 2.
A posted detour will be in place until the end of March using Kirby Road, Route 19, and Sugar Run Road.
During the closure Lindy Paving will perform roadway milling, full depth reclamation, asphalt overlays, drainage improvements, signage upgrades, and removal and resetting of guiderail – an infrastructure investment of $3.3 million.
All work depends on weather and operations.
Drivers should exercise caution traveling through work zones and be alert for workers. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
