Interstate 70 Lane Restrictions Scheduled in Washington County

Uniontown, PA—Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing daytime single-lane restrictions in both directions of Interstate 70 between the Bentleyville Interchange (Exit 32) and Belle Vernon Bridge in Fallowfield Township, Washington County beginning Monday, April 6.

Single-lane restrictions will occur Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM until mid-April.

Crews from KCI Technologies Inc. will perform vacuum excavation test holes on utilities for the I-70 Belle Vernon Bridge to Bentleyville project, which is currently in design.

All work depends on weather and operations.

Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
