Interstate 70 Exit 18 Ramp Paving Today in Washington County

Uniontown, PA—Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing eastbound Interstate 70 Exit 18 (I-79 North-Pittsburgh) is closed today, October 1 until 3:00 PM in Washington County. 

Drivers traveling eastbound on I-70 who want to access north I-79 should continue to Exit 19 (Murtland Avenue), then use the interchange to reenter westbound I-70 and proceed to the I-79 north ramp.  

During the closure, PennDOT maintenance crews will perform paving work on the ramp.

Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
