Uniontown, PA – Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing a scheduled single-lane restriction on the Belle Vernon Bridge located on eastbound Interstate 70 between Exit 40 (Charleroi/Allenport) and Exit 41 (Belle Vernon/Monessen) in Westmoreland County.
The Belle Vernon Bridge will have an eastbound single-lane restriction on Monday, May 11 from 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
Plum Contracting, Inc. will perform maintenance on a tooth dam. This work is part of a larger project that performs maintenance of various structure types including but not limited to structural steel repairs, concrete deck repairs, concrete substructure repairs, bearing repairs, and scour countermeasures in Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland counties.
