TRAFFIC ALERT: Eastbound Interstate 70 Reopens in Washington County

Uniontown, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is advising motorists that eastbound Interstate 70 has reopened to traffic near the Claysville Exit in Washington County.

Westbound Interstate 70 near the Claysville Exit remains closed to traffic, due to a crash. Motorists traveling westbound I-70 should expect delays, and are encouraged to seek alternate routes. 

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices by calling 5-1-1 or following regional X alerts
