Route 711 Springfield Pike Emergency Pipe Replacement Scheduled Next Weekend in Fayette County

Uniontown, PA—Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing the closure of a portion of Route 711 (Springfield Pike) between Hill Street and Pearl Street in the City on Connellsville, Fayette County beginning Friday, December 12 at 3:00 PM through Monday, December 15 at 7:00 AM.

Posted Detours:

  • Passenger vehicles: Breakneck Road, Tanyar Hollow Road and Rock Ridge Road.
  • Trucks: Route 711, Route 381, Route 31, and Route 982.

During this closure Plum Contracting will perform emergency pipe replacement work. All work is depending on weather and operations.

Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
