Uniontown, PA—Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) District 12 is announcing the closure of a portion of Route 4029 (W & W Railroad Road) in Washington Township, Greene County will begin Monday, August 4 weather permitting.
Beginning at approximately 7 a.m. Monday, Route 4029 (W & W Railroad Road) will close to traffic around-the-clock between Petit Run Road and Route 4031 (Dillie Road) in Washington Township through mid-September for slide repair work.
Detour:
- Route 4029 (W & W Railroad Road)
- Route 4025 (Iams Station Road)
- Route 18 (Browns Creek Road)
- Route 4029 (W & W Railroad Road)
Greene County Maintenance crews will conduct the slide repair work.
All work depends on weather and operational conditions.
Remain alert and follow the posted signs and speed limits. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
