TRAFFIC ALERT: Interstate 79 Reopens in Washington County

Uniontown, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is advising motorists northbound Interstate 79 between Exit 33 (US 40/Laboratory) and Exit 34 (I-70 East) has reopened to traffic in Washington County.

Interstate 79 was previously closed due to a crash.

Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices by calling 5-1-1 or following regional X alerts
