Weight Limit Posted on Route 1013 Saxonburg Boulevard in West Deer Township

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing a newly established weight limit on a portion of Saxonburg Boulevard (Route 1013) in West Deer Township, Allegheny County.

The new restriction will limit the weight to 10 tons, except for emergency vehicles with permits issued by the department, on Saxonburg Boulevard between Bakerstown Road and Butler County. The posting was implemented after a routine inspection uncovered deterioration of the road surface.
