Southbound Route 65 Ramp to Northbound I-279 Inspection Monday, Tuesday in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing inspection work on the southbound Route 65 ramp to northbound I-279 in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Monday and Tuesday, June 22-23 weather permitting.  

Crews from The Markosky Engineering Group, Inc. and the Sofis Company, Inc. will conduct inspection work from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day requiring lane narrowing and traffic shifts on the following ramps:

  • Southbound Route 65 to northbound I-279 (Parkway North)
  • Southbound I-279 to the Fort Duquesne Bridge
