Route 4057 Locust Street Water Mainline Replacement Work Begins Monday in Emsworth

Locust Street to close daily.

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing water mainline replacement work on Locust Street (Route 4057) in Emsworth Borough, Allegheny County will begin Monday, June 22 weather permitting.

Locust Street will close to traffic between Route 65 and Center Avenue from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day through mid-July for water mainline replacement work. Crews from RCC Building Contractors, Inc. will conduct the work.

Drivers will use Route 65, Hazelwood Avenue, and Center Avenue as the detour route.
