Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing a ramp restriction on the northbound Birmingham Bridge ramp to Forbes Avenue in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Friday, August 7 weather permitting.
A bike lane and shoulder closure with traffic shift will occur on the ramp that carries northbound traffic from the Birmingham Bridge to Forbes Avenue from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Friday. Crews from Michael Baker International will conduct bridge inspection work.
Please use caution if traveling on this bridge. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
