Route 2037 East Pittsburgh McKeesport Boulevard Concrete Repairs Start Friday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing concrete repair work on Route 2037 (East Pittsburgh McKeesport Boulevard) in North Versailles Township, Allegheny County will begin Friday, March 27 weather permitting.

A single-lane restriction on northbound East Pittsburgh McKeesport Boulevard beneath Route 30 will begin at 6:00 AM Friday morning.  The lane restriction will remain in place around-the-clock through late April. One northbound lane will remain open at all times during the work. No southbound restrictions will occur at this time.

The prime contractor is A. Liberoni, Inc. on this $8.51 million group paving project. Improvement work includes milling and paving, concrete repairs, drainage upgrades, base repairs, pavement marking installation, guide rail improvements, and other various construction related activities. Restriction times will vary throughout sections of the project. Additional information will be provided as the project progresses.
