Work on this $2.5 million project will include demolition and reconstruction of the existing concrete arch section of the rigid frame structure, minor approach roadway work on Country Club Drive, and asphalt roadway repair on Route 19. Country Club Drive which is currently closed, will remain closed and detoured during majority of the project. Route 19 will be restricted to a single-lane of traffic in each direction underneath the structure through majority of the project. There will be a Saturday day-long closure, a Sunday day-long closure and detour of Route 19 for demolition activities and temporary bracing/falsework construction. Additionally, a full weekend closure and detour of Route 19 will occur for the removal of temporary bracing/falsework. The overall project is anticipated to conclude in October 2026.
Please use caution if traveling on this roadway. Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
