Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing overnight road restoration work on Freeport Road (Route 1001) in Aspinwall Borough, Allegheny County will begin Thursday night, July 30 weather permitting.
Single-lane alternating traffic restrictions will occur on Freeport Road between the Highland Park Bridge and Delafield Avenue from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM weeknights through Thursday, August 6 as crews from Lindy Paving conduct road restoration work for Peoples Gas. Flaggers will assist drivers through the work zone.
