Pittsburgh, PA –The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing single-lane restrictions on Interstate 79 in Robinson and Kennedy townships, Allegheny County will begin Monday night, September 14 weather permitting.
Overnight single-lane restrictions will occur in both directions of I-79 between the I-376 Airport/Pittsburgh (Exit 59 A/B) and approximately one-half mile north of the Route 60 Moon Run/Crafton (Exit 60 A/B) interchanges from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM weeknights through late November. Crews from Golden Triangle Construction will conduct sawcutting, joint sealing, and line painting operations for upcoming concrete pavement patching.
