Interstate 79, I-376 Restrictions Thursday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing lane restrictions on Interstate 79 and I-376 (Parkway West) in Robinson and Kennedy townships, Allegheny County will occur Thursday, August 20 weather permitting.

Lane restrictions will occur from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Thursday to allow crews to conduct guide rail, attenuator, and cable barrier repair work in the following locations:

  • Northbound I-79 between the I-376 Airport/Pittsburgh (Exit 59 A/B) interchange and just north of the Route 60 Moon Run/Crafton (Exit 60 A/B) interchange
  • The westbound I-376 off-ramp to southbound I-79 toward Washington (Exit 64A) where the two lanes merge

Friday, August 21 will be used as a make-up date if inclement weather occurs Thursday.
