I-376 Fort Pitt Bridge Overnight Inspections Thursday in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing overnight bridge inspection activities on the I-376 Fort Pitt Bridge in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will occur Thursday night, August 20 weather permitting.

Bridge inspection activities, requiring a single-lane restriction, will occur from 9:00 PM Thursday night to 5:00 AM Friday morning in the following locations:

  • Westbound I-376 (the lower deck of the Fort Pitt Bridge) from the Stanwix Street on-ramp to the West End (Exit 69C) exit
  • Eastbound I-376 (the upper deck of the Fort Pitt Bridge) from North Shore (Exit 70C) exit to the Grant Street (71A) exit

Crews from NBIS will conduct bridge inspection activities. All ramps will remain open as work occurs.
