I-376 Beaver Valley Expressway Bridge Washing Activities Begin Wednesday in Beaver County

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing washing activities on various bridges between Hopewell and Vanport townships, Beaver County will begin Wednesday, June 10 weather permitting.

Starting Wednesday, PennDOT crews will conduct bridge washing operations on several I-376 bridges requiring lane restrictions in both directions between the Hopewell (Exit 48) and Beaver/Midland (Exit 38) interchanges from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM weekdays through early July. Restrictions may occur on associated ramps and intersections.

Additional lane restrictions for these activities will occur weekdays from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in the following locations:

  • The ramp from Route 68 to Wolf Lane in Bridgewater Borough
  • Route 3017 (Pleasant Drive) at the I-376 interchange in Center Township
  • Route 3054 (Main Street) over I-376 between Pleasant Drive and Industrial Drive in Center Township

Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras. 511PA is also available through a smartphone application for iPhone and Android devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional X alerts.
