District 11 Road Closures and Restrictions Due to Inclement Weather – 10:00 PM Update

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is advising drivers that portions of the following state roadways are closed or restricted to traffic due to inclement weather as of 10:00 PM:

Allegheny County

  • Route 30 at Electric Avenue in East Pittsburgh and North Braddock boroughs – Closed in both directions due to a downed tree
  • Bull Creek Road (Route 1034) between Howes Run Road and Lardintown Road in Fawn Township – Closed due to a downed tree in wires

Lawrence County

  • Route 18 between Route 158 and Johnston Road in Wilmington Township – Closed due to downed trees
  • Route 351 between Gilmore Road and Kauffman Road in Little Beaver Township – Closed due to downed tree in wires

As issues are addressed, roadways will be reopened as soon as they are safe.

Please stay alert and drive cautiously – safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Drivers are reminded to:

  • Reduce speed and remain alert for debris on the roadway.
  • Avoid driving through areas where trees, limbs, or wires are down.
  • Allow extra time for travel.
  • Never approach or drive over downed utility lines.
