    CLARIFICATION: Route 910 Repair Work this Weekend in Indiana, West Deer

    Route 910 (Gibsonia Road) to close to traffic.

    Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing improvement work on Route 910 (Gibsonia Road) in Indiana and West Deer townships, Allegheny County will occur this weekend, Friday through Monday, September 25-28 weather permitting.

    Base repair, milling, and paving operations requiring a full closure and detour of Route 910 between Cedar Ridge Road and Saxonburg Boulevard will occur from 8:30 AM Friday through 5:00 AM Monday morning. The actual closure limits will be between Myers Lane and Saxonburg Boulevard. The restrictions could be lifted earlier if the work is completed sooner.

    West of the Closure

    • From Route 910, turn onto Cedar Ridge Road
    • Turn left onto Middle Road
    • Turn left onto Harts Run Road
    • Turn left onto Saxonburg Boulevard
    • Continue to Route 910
    • End detour

    East of the Closure

    • Same detour in the opposite direction

    The prime contractor is A. Folino Construction on this $10.57 million group paving project and includes both sections of Route 910. Work will be coordinated throughout the corridor.

    Please allow extra time and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
