Southbound Route 28 Sealing Work Begins Monday Night in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing sealing and line painting activities on Route 28 in Millvale Borough and the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will begin Monday, October 20 weather permitting.

Mobile and single-lane restrictions will occur, as needed, on southbound Route 28 between the Millvale (Exit 3B) and south I-579/I-279, I-376/Veterans Bridge/Ft Pitt Bridge (Exit 1A) interchanges through late October from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM Sunday through Friday nights as crews conduct sealing and line painting operations.
