Southbound I-279 Parkway North Ramp Inspection Begins Monday in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing inspection activities on the southbound I-279 (Parkway North) ramp to Reedsdale Street in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Monday through Wednesday, September 22-24 weather permitting.

Traffic shifts and restrictions will occur on the North Shore off-ramp (Exit 1B) from southbound I-279 to Reedsdale Street from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day. Crews from The Markosky Engineering Group, Inc. and the Sofis Company will conduct the ramp inspection work.

Please use caution if traveling in the area.  Work zone safety is everyone’s responsibility.
