Route 380 Penn Avenue Restrictions Continue Thursday in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing utility work requiring lane restrictions on Penn Avenue (Route 380/400) in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County will continue Thursday, November 20 weather permitting.

Lane restrictions will occur on Penn Avenue in both directions between Shady Avenue and East Liberty Boulevard from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays through late December.

Crews from Costa Contracting, Inc. and National Gunite will conduct sewer lining work.
