Route 28 Short-term Traffic Stoppages Wednesday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing a rolling closure in both directions of Route 28 in O’Hara and Harmar townships, Allegheny County will occur Wednesday, November 12 weather permitting.

There will be rolling closures of all lanes and shoulders with intermittent short-term traffic stoppages of 15 minutes or less in both directions of Route 28 between the RIDC Park (Exit 10) and Harmar/I-76/Route 910 (Exit 11) interchanges between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM Wednesday.
