Route 136 Mon City Bridge Inspection Work this Week in Forward Township, City of Monongahela

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing single-lane restrictions on the Mon City Bridge which carries Route 136 over the Monongahela River in Forward Township in Allegheny County and the City of Monongahela in Washington County will occur Wednesday through Friday, July 9-11 weather permitting.

Single-lane alternating traffic will occur on the Mon City Bridge from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day as crews from The Markosky Engineering Group, Inc. and the Sofis Company, Inc. conduct inspection work. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.
