Route 1001 Freeport Road Gas Line Replacement Work Saturday in Aspinwall

Pittsburgh, PA – PennDOT District 11 is announcing gas line replacement work on Freeport Road (Route 1001) in Aspinwall Borough, Allegheny County will occur Saturday, October 18 weather permitting.

Single-lane restrictions will occur on Freeport Road between the Highland Park Bridge and Delafield Avenue from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday as crews from Pro Line Construction Services, LLC conduct gas line replacement work for Peoples Gas. Flaggers will assist motorists through the work zone.

Additional work is expected to occur Saturday, October 25.
