Northbound Route 28 Digital Sign Repair Work Wednesday, Thursday in Allegheny County

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing digital sign repair work on northbound Route 28 in Sharpsburg Borough and O’Hara Township, Allegheny County, will occur Wednesday and Thursday, November 5-6 weather permitting.

Digital sign repair work requiring single-lane restrictions on northbound Route 28 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM will occur in the following locations:

Wednesday, November 5

  • Between the Fox Chapel Road/Waterworks Drive/Freeport Road (Exit 8) and Blawnox (Exit 9) interchanges

Thursday, November 6

  • Between the Route 8 (Exit 5 A/B) and the Highland Park Bridge/Aspinwall (Exit 6) interchanges
