Liberty Tunnel Overnight Lane Restrictions this Week in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing single-lane restrictions in the Liberty Tunnel in the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, will occur Wednesday and Thursday nights, November 12-13 weather permitting.

Single-lane restrictions to allow crews to conduct ITS maintenance work will occur in the Liberty Tunnel from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM each night according to the following schedule:

·       Wednesday night, November 12 – Inbound (northbound)

·       Thursday night, November 13 – Outbound (southbound)

Please use caution if traveling through the tunnel.
