Concrete Repair Work Begins in June for Route 22 in Indiana County

Indiana, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is announcing a concrete repair project on Route 22 in Burrel Township, Indiana County.

June 1 through June 4, concrete repair and replacement will occur on Route 22 in the westbound travel lane between the Route 119 interchange and Snyder Lane.

Work is weather permitting with a single lane restriction.

Contractor, Derry Construction Co., Inc. of Derry, PA is completing this $3.1 million project which includes additional locations through Indiana County.

Drivers can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,200 traffic cameras.
